Also, even if the Bible did EXPLICITLY say that abortion was a sin, would pro-choice people actually care? No, they wouldn't. They would still say that the pro-life position is immoral, repressive, and bigoted.

Abortion is just a modern version of child sacrifice. They are both done for the mother's prosperity, only today the mother doesn't have to hear the baby cry as it is being killed.

Argument from silence is a terrible argument to assume opposition on. I hate when people appeal to it. It's like saying that because there is no sign in front of a building that says "don't set me on fire" therefore you can commit arson.
