Germany didn't plan for large concessions, harsh reparations or Soviet intervention let alone be able to enforce it the best they could hope for was a white peace with the non continental Entente members and Portugal all of which would largely remain similar to our timeline and part of the conditions for that peace would include keeping english channel ports in France and Belgium out of German hands most likely conceding Belgian colonies ( Belgian Congo and Chinese holdings) and eastern territory such as neutral moresenet and wallonian Luxembourg for continued Belgian neutrality. Germany only wanted small resource rich border territories from France that they could realistically hold which would leave France lacking if they ever went out for revenge. Luxembourg without question would become German. The Austrians only planed on minor border gains from Italy, Romania aswell as taking Montenegros coastline. Bulgarian at minimum wanted all Vardar Macedonia and the lands lost to Romania and Greece in the second Balkan war namely western Thrace and silistria possibly extending to dobrujia and southern Macedonia aswell as annexing eastern Serbia which the remainder of alongside Montenegro would be Austrian puppets. Greece may see it's agean holdings partitioned between the Ottomans and Bulgaria but still retain the Cyclades and possibly Crete. The ottomans would gain Kurdish and Azeri populated border strips in northern Iran. Italy would be striped of its colonies as a betrayer handing over Somalia and Chinese holdings to Germany, returning Eritrea to Ethiopia, the Dodecanese and Lybia to the ottomans. France may be further pushed to give up some of its Polynesian holdings (barring new Caledonia), it's Chinese holdings, Indochina, Madagascar and indian ocean holdings (barring Pondicherry), Djibouti, equatorial Africa (barring northern Chad), Dahomey, possibly corte divore, releasing Morrocco as a German protectorate with its Saharan trade routes while keeping all its American holdings. Germany would Annex border strips from Poland, establish Lithuania as a kingdom extended into western Belarus and north eastern Poland, puppet the duchies of Courland Livonia Estonia and serval smaller surrounding areas barring eastern Latvia, establish friendly governments in Finland (barring petsamo), Ukraine (including border strips in Belgorod Bryansk and Kursk minus some of the Donbass, aswell as occupying regions surrounding chelm along the polish border and claiming southern Belarus), and Poland aswell as occupying the remainder of Belarus and Latvia baring eastern Belarus with withdrawal dependant on relations with the Soviets. So too would northern France (barring the coast) and Venetia Lombardia be occupied similar to the demiliterised Rhineland for a maximum of twenty years or representations are paid or the men and supplies are needed elsewhere. No one would allow a communist France and Britain isn't likely to follow suit ireland will be similar to historical nobody is forcing Britain to further territorial concessions. Romania will still likely gain Bessarabia. Fascism would grow in southern and western Europe with the later to a far lesser extent. Britain would still follow appeasement though it would have far less of a say and it would be its former entente allies pushing for concessions from the German order and not being in a position to really gain anything at that. From there it would be Germany wanting to keep the status quo with Britain while it cements its new empire hoping to keep the French and Italians down and hold back the weakened Soviets as the other central powers struggle to reform and hold themselves together. Japan is the wildcard but has no chance of success.

The video is well done, but I have a question. Why did Britain, Italy and the USA decide to capitulate? Would the 2 superpowers, Britain and the USA and regional Italy capitulate because of the defeat in France? Shouldn't they have continued fighting on the Greek, Ottoman and Alpine fronts? I think it would be inconvenient for Germany to continue fighting because they would have to keep a large part of their army in the conquered territories. Germany could have mobilized more people into the army. But I think the German people, tired of the war and suffering from hunger, would have started mass strikes throughout the country, which could have led to very interesting events. I wrote this with the help of a translator, don't scold me for the grammar if something is wrong, sorry :(
