I hade the same issue, now the issue is gone. I just hope the temperature is gonna go down in the fridge. The whole issue was that the fridge did not cooled anymore, so we cleaned it, defrost it, and this error started. now is gone, but still not so cold into the fridge.. gonna wait a few hours to see if the fridge is working. Thank you !

Hello kate, my beko fridge has the same indicator which i think it means energy saving function and thats the reason that the temperature is not cold enough. Any idea how i can remove it

Je posséde un réfrigérateur bekko avec la même interface, il y a 2 jours j'ai constaté que la porte du congélateur était restée entrouverte. J'ai eu le même problème sauf que ça m'indiquait 2°C avec un point d'exclamation. J'ai contacté le Sav qui m'a dit de débrancher le frigo pendant 1 à 2 min pour le réinitialiser. Malgré celà rien... J'ai regardé cette vidéo et fait ce qui était présenté et il semble que ça ait fonctionné. Mille merci camarade !
