They have been on Earth 5 minutes and 'know it know nothing [we can see that on videos on what gen Z know about their country, here on youtube].
I'm 61 and can remember how different it was when I was a child [to now], as is the same for my parents to me.
It has really only been the last 30 odd years where tech and everything became so readily available [not necessarily for the better - social media].

The problem is that we’ve turned oppression into social currency and taking offense for all manner of real or imagined hurts into a virtue. Worse, since we reward them as a society by giving into their temper tantrums, they have no incentive—zero—to learn differently or change. These people would rather wallow in their own perceived victimhood than take responsibility for their own lives and choices simply because it gives them instant emotional gratification and worse, being whiny children has gotten results.

Focus on the future and give up the victim mentality… I know it’s easier said than done but it’s absolutely true I work in corporate America we have a hell of a time filling jobs at all levels there are various opportunities out there for everyone
