Urinary tract infection happens when there are certain signs and symptoms due to inflammation caused by bacteria, mostly in the urinary tract, which mostly include inflammation in urethra and urinary Bladder
The main symptoms of this infection include urinary frequency, burning urine and urinary hesitancy, etc.
These symptoms are very bothering to be patient, so the primary doctor should be consulted as early as possible, and treatment should be followed as per the advice of the doctor.
There are 9 home remedies to not only prevent recurring UTI but also lessen its severity.
1=To use a hot bottle or pad to soothing of the muscle of the urinary bladder.
2=cranberry juice helps make urine more acidic to get rid of bacteria.
3= those foods that contain more vitamin C like oranges,grapefruits, pomegranate, lemon water, etc. should be used more as these also help stop recurring of the UTI.
4=use of baking soda helps make urine more alkaline to decrease the burning of urine during UTI.
5=consuming one glass of water after adding 2 teaspoonful of apple cider. Vinegar also helps stop germs growth in urinary tract.
6=probiotics like curds,pickles,sauerkraut, etc. contain good bacteria like lactobacillus, which not only help gastrointestinal system health but also that if urinary Tract system.
7=inflammation in urinary Tract is also lowered by the use of triphala powder when we are going through the ordeal of UTI.
8=while cleaning after toilet use habit must be to wipe and clean from front to back and not from back to front as back to front cleaning causes germs from anal region to enter into urinary Tract.
9=Lastly, drinking loads of water help flush germs down the tract and do not let it stick there to cause infection.
