Victims recall how Illinois woman took cancer scam to next level with fake stalker and shooting

Liz and Brian Hickox, of Rhode Island, recall how cancer scammer Sarah Delashmit created an elaborate story of a stalker and shooting at the Highland, Illinois, Walmart to avoid introducing her fake husband to them.

I saw this lovely couple on Dr. Phil and what Sarah did to this couple is absolutely horrible. For her to fake cancer makes me mad because i had lost my aunt to cancer and she was only 49 year old. I dont understand how anyone would want to fake cancer.
