So here's a twist. I have this working fine, but my scenario is as follows - I have 10, 000 folders to index each containing a txt file that contains CSV data. There are additional data in each folder that are GZ files but what the users would like to see is when they search for a term, the list of folder names should appear with each sample under each folder name. My search returns the CSV data of the search term not where they were found. So how do I save the folder name as a searchable attribute? I'm thinking this needs to be setup to use facets so that the data can return in categories consisting of the folder name as the root to each. Any ideas how I can do this?

So for example to keep it short, I have 3 folders called folder 1, folder 21, and folder 3000 which are returned when I search on glioblastoma. The user sees these 3 folders and as they drill down into each, they will see the individual sample data. Folder 1 returns 875 records, Folder 21 returns 377 records, and Folder 3000 returns 4, 123 records.
