Never buy the RX 460 if the 1050ti is well around the price of the RX 460 but also consider adding more money for the RX 470 since it is the PriceToPerformance King

Asus RX 470 Strix is the slowest RX 470 in the market. Actually the fps drops are because the Asus card can't deliver stable clock speeds. MSI and Sapphire offer better performance. So the gap between 1050ti and RX470 widens.

-Comparison of sub-200$ GPU's (1050TI, 470, 1050 and 460)
-Budget CPU (exact same clock speeds and cores, just that newer architecture)
-Contains games that I play (FC:P, BF1, GTAV, Fallout 4 etc.)
-Tells whenever they use any form of AA, settings and resolutions.
-Bother to post timestamps

Wow, thank you so much. I was wishing for this video! I wish I could do more than like and comment! I was shocked at the power consumption graph. absolutely incredible that the RX 470 had nearly twice as much consumption than the 1050 and the Ti. Also interesting to note that the 1050 Ti kept its averages and its minimums much tighter than the RX 470, especially in DX12, which makes me wonder about optimization in the future for both cards. Seems like you guys hit it about right. Depending on your budget, there really is a certain direction you can take a build. It seems like overall, power consumption and all included, a build with a 1050 or probably a 1050 Ti could be nearly $50 to $80 cheaper without the need for a larger PSU or more cooling. Interesting stuff indeed, great videos, love all the graphs, scatter plot or bar :)
