As I watch all the footage of Poison and Motley Crue on social media struggling to not embarrass themselves at live performances, I keep coming back to this band that has constantly and consistently worked on their craft, and exercised and maintained a presence in music. These guys are getting older and are not immune to aging but all their hard work and consistency has kept them progressing and moving forward and they are able to do a damn good job because they never stopped and rested on their laurels. Hard work and perseverance has made them one of the most consistent and continually evolving bands in my generation. I started listening to them in the 5th grade when Master came out and I have seen them live ~15 times. It is always amazing. Metallica is incredible.

Best Metallica song ever. Has the best songwriting from every major member of the band: Lars wrote the intro, Dave the main riff and the spider chord section, James' chunky riffs in the chorus, bridge and awesome lyrics, Kirk's best solo in my opinion and Cliff's wild basslines.

I was at Pittsburgh yesterday it was amazing. They had fire that you could feel half across the stadium. I was a little sad that they didn't play the unforgiven but every other song was amazing. Kirk really nailed everything and Lars when off on the drums. First metallica concert ever I'm definitely going again

Been a fan since the first album and have seen them many times. As a 58 year old grumpy dude I can say this was the best I've seen from them. Rock on Metallica Family!

Saw Metallica in 1989 and 1992. Went to the show 2022 in Buffalo and was not disappointed. Truthfully, as good as I remembered. Maybe even better. Brought both my kids too. They were blown away. My sons first real concert, he was floating when the show was over.

Lars has really stepped up his game. He became sloppy and disappointing for quite a few years…but as a drummer I can immediately tell that he’s worked on his timing a lot and it shows. At his age, playing at that level for such long shows really is something. I’ve been very critical of his playing the last ten years or so but I gotta give it up to him…he’s playing fantastic nowadays.

This is fucking epic! They are all on top form, lars has improved so much and is really solid now and kirk nailed that solo! Fucking incredible. The sound engineer needs a raise too
