Personally, I believe that the official Lego set captured intricate details in ways that the fan-built one didn't, and that deserves a compliment!

Being disappointed in a $200 set because it doesn’t look like a $700 fanmade set is kind of unfair and doesn’t really make much sense. Honestly I think the LEGO one looks better than the brickerbuolds version

My wallet breathes a sigh of relief everytime these sets come out. I'm interested more in the minifigures and minifigure scale builds

The lego one looks cool! The fan model is also good (and looks more solid) but also a little blocky and heavy (looks more like a model rather than a set which can be good or bad) the Star in the fan shield does look cleaner though! And the lego one I do wish was less than $200 but 3000 pcs isn’t bad for the price either

I wish that lego could make a cheaper version and a more expensive one since this would be amazing come on lego!!!

What’s really disappointing about Cap’s shield is that it includes the Captain America minifigure which is sadly the Age of Ultron version we got in 2021. They could’ve at least given Cap dual molded arms with dark blue on top and red on bottom with maybe printing and dual molded legs or replaced the AOU version with the stealth suit from The Winter Soldier or the suit from The First Avenger. And also, the advent calendars usually release in September, not November.

It looks better but has no Usability like with the Thor Hammer set you could actually pick it up and play with it this Shield will crumple in your hands if it had the usability it would have been a SOLID LEGO SET

I thought this is gona be the best year for Lego sets ever from all the leaks and rumors but it turns out to be such a disappointment, with all this crazy prices and the sets are very poorly, not to say lazily, designed. Just buying Indiana Jones sets this year and UP house not bothered with anything else.

Bricker builds sheild is a much better build then legos
