Hello, I can explain. I used to work HR and this is VERY typical HR talk. This approach is usually only employed when the company is predicting a downturn in their profits. In the worker sphere, you may see your manager tell you something like "Yeah we will be altering(increasing) your work(load) which will bring exciting new opportunities for you to show your skills and prove yourself as (insert whatever higher position you want here)." This is not good tidings. Seems like riot knows League is stagnating.
