It depends on the toilet. If it is the older (still common) style, the water level will be high. If it is a new water-efficient model, the water level will be low. I assume Italy switched to water-efficient toilets sooner (or more widely) than the US.

Actually, the Fettuccine Alfredo were invented in Rome, Italy, but unlike the American version they were made with only fettuccine, parmesan cheese and butter, they are simple but creamy and delicious. It's not really a popular dish nowadays in Italy tho.❤

The creamy white alfredo sauce is an invention of Olive Garden. But it comes from the Italian dish Fettuccine al Burro originally. The name "Alfredo" was from a man named Alfred Di Lilio in Rome because his style became popular where he made it with triple butter, thus Fettuccine Alfredo (or Fettuccine All'Alfredo).
