SBI - The worst bank in India.

I went to an SBI branch last week for opening up a new bank account but i realised it was their lunch time so i decided to wait. While i was waiting a lot of other people also came in and formed a queue. The teller who we were waiting for to serve us showed up 20 mins late after the break time. He went straight to his counter without apologizing or showing any concern for the people standing there waiting for him for more than half an hour.
He sat down on his chair, typed something on the computer and then completely ignored us for atleast 10 more minutes. Myself & all other people in the queue started to wonder what was going on. He did not bother to explain to us whether their was a problem with the computer server or some other issue. Myself and some other people who were standing right in front of him started to feel a little angry and after showing a lot of patience I decided to ask him about the problem.
I asked him " Sir is there a problem with the server "? He just moved his head slightly with a yes and pulled his cellphone out of his pocket. At that point I knew exactly what he was going to do next so I decided to make a video of him as an evidence of serious negligence & dereliction of duty by a government bank employee.
Am sure almost all of us know and have experienced the bad attitude by the employees working in many government departments and the only way to improve this is by raising more & more awareness through social media so that it can reach the government build more pressure upon the authorities who are responsible for training government employees & maintaining adequate standards.
