SBI - The worst bank in India.

I went to an SBI branch last week for opening up a new bank account but i realised it was their lunch time so i decided to wait. While i was waiting a lot of other people also came in and formed a queue. The teller who we were waiting for to serve us showed up 20 mins late after the break time. He went straight to his counter without apologizing or showing any concern for the people standing there waiting for him for more than half an hour.
He sat down on his chair, typed something on the computer and then completely ignored us for atleast 10 more minutes. Myself & all other people in the queue started to wonder what was going on. He did not bother to explain to us whether their was a problem with the computer server or some other issue. Myself and some other people who were standing right in front of him started to feel a little angry and after showing a lot of patience I decided to ask him about the problem.
I asked him " Sir is there a problem with the server "? He just moved his head slightly with a yes and pulled his cellphone out of his pocket. At that point I knew exactly what he was going to do next so I decided to make a video of him as an evidence of serious negligence & dereliction of duty by a government bank employee.
Am sure almost all of us know and have experienced the bad attitude by the employees working in many government departments and the only way to improve this is by raising more & more awareness through social media so that it can reach the government build more pressure upon the authorities who are responsible for training government employees & maintaining adequate standards. Bhai mere no body is shouting at him, you know why? Because it's a technical glitch. Either server down or software malfunction. Don't spread hate dear, they worked tirelessly during covid pandemic, hundreds of bankers died, they are nothing less than any soldier.

In India people are going worst and restless don't want to know the story of other side and want to give judgement banking is not an easy job specially due to unqualified customers

When I was not an employee of sbi, I too thought like that.If any Body has problem with bank employees you do one day as an employee then if your opinion still same every employee is ready to resign and we will offer you the job.. when customers expect employees to see their from their POV, employees also expect customers to see from their POV.

I have worked in a bank myself, but sometimes there are whole lot other problems than server itself. The customer don't know a lot of things that can happen, so you shouldn't make videos like this, which public incriminates an innocent man 'cause you don't know lot of technical things in bank. Customers just knowing words like 'server' is like an American knowing words like 'Namaskar' and thinks they know everything about Indian culture.

The thing you don't know.. is that we always face the problem of servers...
We don't just sit there to relax.. no server makes us do that

For me SBI people are the one who work the most in any banking field. They have the most amount of customer and with most customers comes the most problems. They're human too. Give them some time to rest.

They are punctual
Getting my work done on time
Clearing long queue
Handling customer's issue
Identifying their queries
Logically thinking
Taking quick decision
SBI really improved

Please be there, experience the heat, face the illiterate customers, work in remote areas.. Then judge any post..

Bankers are also human and in SBI queues have no end. If there is an urgent personal call or official call we can always attend it.
We try our best to give prompt customer service

My husband is manger at SBI and we know how much life we sacrifice for a customer. No holiday time morning 9:30 to night 10pm he will be in bank, no proper food timings. His higher officials also calls every 5min to that and this(banking needful) Customers calls, for everyone needs to answer the phone

You should have minimum commonsense to video like this,

Respect every profession that point you are on your maturity,

Chi am pity on you, worst post I have seen

Service of 99% branches are very poor.
But despite of that no of customer growing very rapidly in SBI

And when Govt Privatise them, they shout Bech Diya Bank or Desh bech diya.

SBI kharab bank nehi hai... problem hai customer base.... employees limited hote hain aur customer bahut jada...upar se bahut sare customer uneducated bhi hote hain.... private bank bhi mein bhi staff kharab hote hai ...bank kaisa hai ye pura depend uske branch pe Karta hai....use online transactions to avoid bank problems
