Because we need to submit after we get approval mail from german embassy. Moreover, I will also show you how to track your existing visa application apart from VFS global tracking website.

I have already submitted the passport during the Visa Appointment. In this case the Visa would directly be couriered right ? I do not need to take seperate Appointment for stamping.

Very well explained. Thank you. Could you please provide the following information: 1. how to contact German Embassy in India for status and 2. How to contact the the city immigration office in Germany. We submitted our documents at VFS Delhi on March 13th and the same reached embassy on March 16. We sent an email to zZxxx on March 27 and the next day they replied that they have not received the documents from India. We have to reach university as soon as possible as the online classes would stop and there would be a gap after April 6 till we reach university. Kindly advise accordingly, as to how we could expedite the process. Thanks

HI Akshun, thanks for the very helpful video. I submitted my visa application at the VFS Centre in New Delhi in early February and got a mail from zzVisaBva saying that my documents had arrived at the Düsseldorf Ausländerbehörde 3 weeks later. Since then (it has been 4 months), I haven't received any response from the Ausländerbehörde despite e-mailing them every few weeks (getting automated responses everytime), and both zzVisaBva and the German Embassy in New Delhi have said that they can't provide any status regarding my application since it is still being processed in the Ausländerbehörde. Do you have any advice on what I can do in this situation, since I am currently attending classes online but it is mandatory for me to attend in-person very soon

Does zzVBA send us a automatic mail after the completion of our visa application process in Germany?
OR
We have to mail and ask them?
One more thing....As suggested in your video I mailed the Ausländerbehörde in Potsdam(my city of Study) they replied me this..." Your visa procedure is in the so-called silence procedure.
The embassy issues the visa automatically after a period of 23 days without you needing the approval of the immigration authorities.
Therefore, please contact the German embassy to issue your visa."
