Lebanese diaspora in Paris fights for change from the outside

Lebanon has one of the largest diasporas in the world, with 14 million Lebanese and descendants in 70 countries, and just 5.5 million within the country itself. With the country’s economy in freefall, and beset by political inaction, a new generation of the diaspora is campaigning for change from outside.

They are telling on themselves, Lebanese that left come back to make trouble in the streets. Never any policy discussed in English media, just complaining about electoral process. In most countries complaining about the electoral process is regarded as being a sore loser. Interesting that I have not heard a specific call for proportional representation, just against current process.
