If it’s an indoor cat you can buy nail caps to minimize the scratching while training etc

I don’t ever clip my cats nails.he might need them when he outside and another cat try’s to press him.To be fair to your cat just watch how he moves and anticipate his reaction.Once you’ve been around your cat for a while they’re very predictable ❤

Cats are not like dogs but you can train any animal for the simple fact that God gave us dominion over the earth that’s why we can train bears, whales, dolphins, but a cat is more of a charmer they use that to get what they want but like I said your missing out if you keep him caged up because right now he’s at the age where he’s active I mean my cat climbs up the walls but once they get older forget it it all they do is sleep
