I have non-bacterial prostatitis. If I have taken seven days doxy, 10 day cipo, do I need to take cipo 20 days more ?

If i take 100mg doxycycline 2 times a day morning and night even for non bacterial prostatitis I can get relief, but when they test urine or semen nothing ever comes up. The only thing I can think is that doxycycline helps lower the inflammation so it lessens the symptoms of it.
