Hi do you need the wire connected to the green phone port on the back of the smart hub 2? Because I wasn’t provided one

My second handset has frrozen with no buttons working or sounds after successfully linking up with the hub (it's all lit up and won't turn off). 1st handset is working fine though.

So last night I came across a phone I didn’t know existed in the form of the BT Halo phone, honestly I wish we got a true successor, that being said it’s definitely more geared to people who tend to use their mobile phones as landlines (technically).

I mean fundamentally who really uses the landline at this point? You do obviously but you know what I mean 😜
