Can't forget how back and forth this fight was sasuke was winning then Naruto was winning and so on.

You could tell throughout the fight Sasuke was becoming more and more scared of Naruto. He was pushed to the final evolution of the Sharingan, thought he finally be able to win but Naruto kept coming back stronger. At 1:34 this is a face of fear, so when he bashed his skull in and he heals and comes back even stronger Sasuke can't even fight up close. Sasuke only gets his confidence back when he goes into his 2nd curse mark release. My favorite detail is that even after all that Sasuke still checking at Naruto cause he's both considered for his friend and he's thinks he may get up and fight him. When he doesn't he walks away.
