They literally made 1+ minute long braking battle with fire eurobeat and nothing else going on, and still this is one of the most epic moments in MF Ghost lol

This scene alone really shows how technical are MFG races. Most people just seems to forget that the tire's width is completely linked to the car's total weight, but that does not mean it will run it's manufacturer-recommended tire width. Taylor's Porsche for sure runs on narrower tires than what he would need for proper performance.

So, between Kanata's superb tire management, as well as the not-so-huge power of the GT86 (which causes it to not destroy the tires while accelerating) while being really light (1200 Kg, light for 2020's standards), really makes Kanata win this battle, easily the best of the whole 1st race.

Can i just say that they accurately depicted the behavior of these 2 cars.

The Porsche spit fire out due to its engine placement at the mid or the rear. Causing the exhaust pipe to be short.

The 86 with its front engine design should not do the same due to their long exhaust pipes.
