I think it has an overflowing nib because from what you wrote it looks like it bleeds ink when you press on it.

It seems reminiscent of the Nib Creaper

so I have about nine fountain pens and I don't think they are flex nibs. I have like 5jinhao pens...a cross pen...a lamy and two Meister sticks... I think they are 149s...not too sure. anyways yeah I tried pressing down on one of the Jin hao pens and to me it seemed too much pressure so I stopped. do I need a specialised flex nib?

The FPR Guru is unavailable in the flex nib option at the FPR site. will the FPR pens still flex without the flex option or do they need to have the flex nib to be able to flex at all? thank you!!!

Hi, Azizah! How does this pen compare with a Noodler's (Ahab) flex? I've never gotten around to getting a Noodler's because of how finicky they are. Is this a more user-friendly pen? Thanks!
