I ended up as a professional for 12 years. I worked for Repco Rally Australia and covered the Supercars among other things.
But I started as a fan.

I've started getting into motorsports photography lately. I upload daily content from my local dirt track Beckley Motor Speedway. I've learned a lot through trial and error. The more you do it, the better you'll get. Pretty much like anything else. Always watch back your videos your recorded. I've always said if you're not entertained by watching your own content, why would anyone else be.

Honestly I wouldn’t even go to a school if there was one. You don’t need school AT ALL to learn photography and videography. The only benefit of school is connections. That’s it. So if you think you can handle making connections on your own then learning off of YouTube or online courses has so many benefits like flexibility and low cost
