@halinkahart giving you everything you NEED to know about starting to train with our toe spacers ‼️ Remember for some it can feel a little uncomfortable if your feet are not used to having your toes splayed. Allow your feet and tissues to adapt and then slowly introduce movement. Everyone’s bodies are different so work at your own pace. Check out her app for more info and excersies!

How to get started with TRAINING IN TOE SPACERS 👇Read & Share 👇

1. Make sure you have gradually adapted to them FIRST! 1️⃣

Day one can look like 5-10 minutes of passive wear, and a few weeks or even months later this can be an hour ⏳

2. Now you should feel comfy to start some basic exercises like:

🦶 Mexican Waves 💚
🦶 Tip Toe Walks 🧡
🦶 Heel Raised Split Squat/Lunge ❤️

3. When you are ready you can try moving in them:

💪 Start with your warm up sets first 1️⃣
💪 Eventually trying exercises that require more movement or big toe extension as you advance 🔥
