Direct Drive Bondtech BMG / E3D V6 Mount for CR-10S

The remixed design features dual fans with a wider adjustable range and a custom duct for the original 4010 fan. The Mount for the BMG extruder is reinforced to increase stability. The extruder can also be moved up and down, eliminating the need for an accurately cut length of PTFE tube.
The original design has strain relief for the wires, though I prefer to have the wires straight in the middle in alignment with the hotend instead of being at the back, so I included a fan duct with an integrated strain relief located more appropriately.
