Thanks for the informative video. I have cut back a lot on diary foods such as cheddar and now opting for Feta.
It's one of those foods are beneficial but best to have in small quantities to mitigate the sodium RDI levels.
Small cubes of feta go well with salad and a drizzle of olive oil.

Feta helped me to fix my digestion. I thought I was becoming lactose intolerant but it seems I only needed some feta in my diet.

Thank you for the information supporting feta cheese! It adds major flavor to my salmon salad! (I use shredded carrots and spinach together, add avocado, lemon juice and then feta cheese and nuts on top. Delicious!)

I question your list of protein content in a 3.5 oz of Feta Cheese at only 4 Grams. My Feta Cheese imported from Greece shows on the label that a 1.0 oz. portion (which would be a 1.25" sized cube) contains 5 grams of protein, so a 3.5 portion would equal 17.5 grams (5 x 3.5), therefore my Feta Cheese contains over 4x times as much protein as your posted figure?

Lactose problem over here. I would love to eat it but I just eat aged cheeses with no lactose. Thanks for the info.

Feta is fricken delicious! I wouldn’t care if it was made from butter and French fries! I’d eat it like it was my last meal on this earth!

What type of milk protein is in feta? Including cow’s milk feta, which is the majority of feta sold in my country. I am allergic to some milk proteins but not all.

I love feta! I’m crazy for saying this I bet but it’s so good in a burrito wrap with colsla if that’s how you spell it, and balsamic vinegar

Great video.. I think there is a little mistake on the second slide. The nutritional analysis for the cheese corresponds to 28 g or 1 oz of cheese whereas the slide says 100g (3.5 oz). People might mistake that 100 g of feta is worth only 74 cal! Hope it helped!

I think your videos are typically right on the money. But just one thing I noticed, while you are reading off the nutritional facts for a "serving", you say for 1 oz (28 g), and then you read the nutritional facts for 1 oz. However above it, you have written "in a single 100 gram (3.5 oz) serving:" with the 1 oz serving nutrition facts below it, it is misleading. Some people might think that is the nutritional facts for 100 g, not 28 g. Just saying.

Εverything true, except listeria, which is extremely unlikely if you buy your feta from a licenced producer and food store. So many years living in Greece, the heart of feta produce, and i never so far heard of any incident of listeria caused by eating feta cheece.

White brine cheese ( what greeks call ) Feta is not a Greek invention! It originated from the Balkans which includes many other countries like Bulgaria, Serbia, Romania, Albania, Bosnia etc.... That's like saying that Italians invented dough just because they are famous for their pizza...
