You can eat any cheese you want, just don't eat my cheese... because it's nacho cheese.

I buy Irish Kerry Gold, Dubliner cheese. It's grassfed but doesn't say raw milk. Love cheese!

If it’s grass fed - doesn’t mean it’s hormone or antibiotic free - take it from an ex farmer girl.

I lived in central France for some years. Our village called St Nectaire named the amazing semi-soft cheese. It’s in the Auvergne region, France. The best has the AOC quality mark and is produced from raw milk from a single herd of Salers. Beautiful aromas of nuts, hay, mushrooms and wild flowers. Wonderful sliced on a salad with sautéed lardons (some have sliced new potatoes) and a gorgeous natur dressing. 😊

I'm so glad my state finally allowed the sale of raw milk and raw milk products just last year, 2023. About time.

Here in the UK the supermarkets have several raw unpasteurised cheese including the ones you show. They also have parmesan which is also raw and densely nutritious. Where pasteurised dairy wrecks my insides and causes my Ulcerative Colitis to flare badly I have no such issue with raw cheese.

Cheeses made from sheep and goat milk are easier to digest

I would also suggest gouda from Holland. In general the Europeans' cheeses are branded by origin and in order to qualify for the brand they must conform to certain standards. Here in the USA the cherse makes have no standards and as a consumer you never know how an USA cheese was made.

Emmental is a bit strong for a lot of people while Le Gruyere is more mild with a slight sweet taste, but in my opinion Dutch Edam is the best.

To my eyes is Feta (Bio)

And you may even avoid cow milk trans lipids since it's being manufactured from goat milk

I purchase it about 5euros/400gr

Being Italian we still eat parmegiano. You can get it at Aldi but make sure it is made in Italy. I shave it and put it on my rocket AKA arugula salad with sunflower seeds, crushed garlic, vine ripened cherry tomatoes and balsamic vinegar. Ultimate salad

I'm 100 miles from the nearest TJs. I shop for cheese at Costco.
Manchigo is sheep's milk. I seriously doubt it has hormone component. Comes from Spain. Pecorino Romano is also sheep's milk and it's from Italy.
