It's pretty clear to me that Zlatan hates Pep because he didn't succeed in barcelona, not only that when he went to barcrlona his old team actually won the champions league, this guy can't accept someone telling him that you don't fit in, and obviously he didn't especially the playing style of barca at that time, i think that mistake is on Pep to bring him in the first place.

Zlatan went to Barca thinking he was the best player in the world(and he was up there), he didnt think any coach could leave him out the team or tell him to change his play, especially not a fairly unproven manager like Pep, Pep as we have seen since then does it his way or no way and Zlatan found that out early on, im sure Zlatan has regrets about it because he could have been part of the best side in club football history and won the UCL and possibly even a Balon d or.

They both moved on and won wherever they went, proving that they were both brilliant but just couldn't fit together.
