My theory is Arteta is like Xavi and coinscidentally Arsenal and Barca seasons are going very similarly. Arteta and Xavi have tons of knowledge about the game, but have no knowledge about handling a dressing room.
Everyone follows the manager when the team is winning and feeling well, but when the team enters a bad streak they seem unable to make them wake up and do their thing like before.
Pep Guardiola knows about this, he has 15 years of experience already and he has had to deal with superstars, attitudes and morale, particularly in Barcelona where he had to handle a superstar team while being an unknown coach in his first year. Guardiola was a natural at this, but Xavi and Arteta will need to learn it.
