The scratch on the cluster would be due to the sticker they have on it to say the speedo is either going to be out a couple of kms either plus or minus, you will Also find you have a full alloy spare wheel as well since police do not have any space saver wheels, also they generally have a spare battery in the back of the boot which is removed so the rear boot carpet might not sit correctly as they just let it flap around the spare battery and last but not least is under the bonnet you might fin
