"‘The best revenge is to be unlike him who performed the injury.’ – Marcus Aurelius. I used to try to control every aspect of my life, only to find frustration and stress. Embracing Stoic wisdom taught me to accept what I cannot change and focus on what I can influence. By letting go and going with the flow, I’ve found greater peace and fulfillment. Remember, life unfolds naturally—don’t force it, just adapt and thrive. Thanks you!

23:40 Love this! Gratitude really is a way of life. It's the little things—like family time or a good book—that make life feel so full. Such a great reminder

I’ve been going with the flow as opposed to fighting to swim upstream for the last 15 years! There is no freedom like a life without worry! Everything that happens is meant to happen, it’s just we don’t usually realize that until it’s hindsight ☝🏽

Such a peaceful message! The way you explain Stoic philosophy makes it feel so achievable in everyday life. I’m definitely going to try ‘going with the flow’ more often.

Wow, just what I needed to hear this morning!!! I am going through a lot of changes and not having any friends, I have "alone" time all day and night, every day. So, I have been seeking wisdom and knowledge on YouTube and through Meditation, deep breathing, Yoga, Buddhist thought, reading the Tao Te Ching etc...I been practicing present moment awareness, letting go of expectations of others, letting go of the past and worries about the future. I have been practicing letting go of resentments, anger, frustration and hatred of people, places and things. All this mindfulness practices have been making my stress, anxiety, fear, worry, suffering and depression levels ease a little day by day, slowly, making life a little bit easier each day. "Nature does not hurry, yet everything is accomplished." - Lao Tzu, Author of the Tao Te Ching. Thank you for this video!🙏🔥🕉✡☯✝

Number four: Learn to let go.
Number five: Practice mindfulness.

In the journey to find happiness and meaning, many people often confuse effort with force. They forget that sometimes letting go is the key to unlocking freedom and peace. When you stop forcing things and start living naturally, you'll see that everything will gradually become clearer and easier.”

Absolutely agree! Sometimes the best things come when we don’t force or try too hard. Let things unfold naturally and trust the process. Life will guide you when you let everything flow in its own way.

The fact that i subconsciously already apply a lot of these into my life already gives me a lot of hope that i'm moving in the right direction. I've been doing great these past few years but things have been changing and i've felt a bit lost which is what brought me here. I need to be more accepting and understanding of the fact that it's natural to feel lost at times but i always need to trust myself that i'm doing the best i can. Things haven't been going my way but it's about time after so long of things going very well for me. I will come back in a weeks time to see if i've pulled myself out of this little rut where i'm a bit insecure about my progress and how i'm doing in life.
