How to make amazing crepes!

This is my recipe for making homemade crepes. The secret is to add water. Ingredients: 4 eggs, 2 cups milk, 2 cups all-purpose flour, 1/2 teaspoon sugar, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 10 tablespoons water, 4 tablespoons melted butter

This is the recipe of been looking for the longest time!! All other crepes would be too cakey or very eggy. This is the perfect recipe

I made these a couple of times and they've turned out perfect!! Theres not much really that can go wrong with this recipe which is what I love. I also switched the sugar to a stevia sweetener because I was intending to make them for someone diabetic, it turned out perfectly fine👍

And a little recommendation you can add a 1/5 teaspoon of vanilla + make sure your portions are about 1/5 to 3/4 of a cup cuz if you added too much it will be too thick and if you added too little it will rip

I tried this today and I love it, one problem tho the mix is too much ....I've end up with a plate on thin pancakes and eating 2-3 I'm already full.. anyhow didn't regret it, thank you very much 😃
