Very nice setup and those 19s are in pristine condition. I have a Model 17 and still have one of those orange/white tags with the Tangerine radial phase plug logos. Thanks.

These behemoths weigh 143 lbs each. I listened to these at a stereo store back in the late 70's, very clear dynamic sound.

The Tangerine Phase Plug tag is still there, but the foam around the horns is missing. I was able to find foam replacements for mine on eBay several years ago. Also, those speakers are waaaay too bright for that acoustically terrible room they're in.

Gorgeous gear but do something about the overly reverberant room acoustics. An area rug would go along way.

I’missed the sell of these ones on yahoo 😢 I’m looking for the next offer I could found theses beauty near Tokyo. I wonder if the soundstage realism are better or worse than on the 9862? What would be in your opinion the main differences between these two impressive speakers ?

Poszukuję jakieiś wkladiki mc jak najbardziej liniowej w granicach 1000, 1500zł do gramofonu narazie dual CS 505.2 głośniki magnepan tympani 1D. Później ją wyciągnę do lepsz we go gramofonu, jeszcze nie wiem jakiego. Pozdrawiam. Fajne życie masz w tej Japonii :)
