👉Very common among pregnant females,
👉Occur in all three semesters.

Causes of Acidity in pregnancy:
👉Hormonal rush,
👉Medication
👉Baby growth in the third semester makes less space for food and intestine,

Remedy for acidity in pregnancy:
👉Take frequent small meals. In between meals,
👉Include lots of fluids during meals,
👉The mother can take lots of fluids like water.
👉Take sugar-free chewing gums.
👉Avoid fried and fatty foods.
👉Avoid fruit juices and soup.
👉Females have fruits or any seasonal fruit.
👉Pregnant ladies should do a 15-minute walk.
👉Females can take cold milk; it helps in the sudden suppression of acidity and the feeling of acid reflux.
