For me, I think it is good to change your diet. I was vegan for 6 years, lost ten pounds then raw for a year lost more weight, I went keto, I played around with fasting, now I’m on, ww blue plan. I think it is actually fun and exciting to try different diets. Who knows what will come next:)
I love how my body adjust s from my workouts to my diet, it is quite an adventure. I finished reading the bright line eating book, I can totally relate to a lot of her way of thinking.
My favourite park in the book was the 35 year old drinking he only worries about today tomorrow may not happen, and when tomorrow comes he works on that day, or something like that it was good!
