What if the sfc /scannow command tells me that it found corrupted files but was not able to fix them? I tried everything, I even downloaded the .dll file from internet and tried swapping it, still nothing :/

it said in command promt that you must be a an administrator runing a consol session in ordor to use the stf utility

nothing works it passes all tests still kernelbase.dll error. I was able to download a kernel base on my computer and i replaced it in sys32 and got all blue screens. so i reinstalled windows downloaded programs I go open it and again kernelbase error. I am so pissed did everything with same results updates and everything
