Just Kai? Food Insecurity? Food Security? What is the difference and why does it matter? This is the first of a webinar series led by Ministry of Social Development and Kore Hiakai Zero Hunger Collective. In their first webinar they were joined by Auckland City Missioner Helen Robinson and Eddie Edmonds, Lead Systems Innovator at Healthy Families Hutt Valley. They discussed the differences between addressing peoples food needs when they experience food insecurity, versus building communities which have food security. This webinar is an introductory overview of these topics and aspects of these ideas in greater depth will be explored in future webinars.
