Great video Neil. I often am left flabbergasted when I only score one or two goals when I've had a large number of shots. By using your tip, we can go for quality over quantity. I also get frustrated when I can't get the quality chances against lower level opposition when I have work the ball into the box, and am not sure if it is because I am not moving the defense around enough or if it is the TI of work the ball into the box that is causing the problem. However, this can be teamed up with an earlier video you did about changing duties of the forward from instead of being on attack, to being on support to drop into a deeper area and create space for onrushing midfielders or attacking midfielders.

Also, I wonder if criticizing the non-scoring forward, by putting an arm around him and telling you have faith in him despite him being the new Emile Heskey will boost the player's confidence and will do better in the next match or two. Or even dropping him for a few games help him get the desire back to score again work.

I have a problem here with Satriano, he's my top hitman at the moment, banging 39 goals in the 1st season, at the 2nd season however, he's banging 31 goals mid season and suddenly stop scoring for 2 month now, even from penalty and in that months we've struggling hard to win... Already changed tactics, warn him etc. Still... even my 2nd best striker so rarely found the back of the net. Atmosphere start declining... Confused what did I do wrong... Any advice(s)???

I'm not a tactic guru or owt like that I tend to go with traditional formations what comes in the game.

I’ve had the same issue, like 30 shots 20 on target and only 2-0 smh lol I mange sporting in Portugal and in my 4th season we dominate the league and I wanted to mention a tactic suggestion. I’m running a 4-3-1-2 narrow but my midfield is a DLP(su) in the middle and a BBM on the left and right w both on get further forward BUT all 3 of my players have 14-16 marking and tacking, and they also have really good passing and good mental but I’m saying that to say that I still score a lot of goals, both of my strikers got 32 and 29 goals and my SS got 29 and my wingback got 22 assists! And almost every game the opposing teams barley ever got more then 5 or 6 shots on target lol I went a few games actually where they had no shot on target. My midfield is solid and we are a powerhouse defensively and I never thought about running this kinda tactic with those roles I jjst happen to shape my team that way and had these kind of players ! Obviously I think this would only work with the right players, but I think it’s cool. Anyway dope vid like always and cool hat ! Go Bulls !

Does it also depend where the shots are taken from? I think if your players are in the famous golden zone then their chances of scoring are a lot higher.

Might be ti do with your tactic being too central and opposition is camped in the goal mouth
If you stretched the pitch a bit might be easier to score.

I sometimes use lower tempo so there not rushing shots aswel.

why always demonstrate with good teams? But this is just common sense....can you always make this work with lesser players? I can't....I'm starting to wonder if some people have a different game than I do! For find Brazilian wonder kids in a transfer window....my scouts are good....but probably can't find the airport lol
