I have been practicing SR on and off for over 5 years.Longest I lasted was 8 months and one thing that I did notice over the years and experience is that people will treat you differently.As soon as I begin to hold it I see an instant change from people towards me... try to hold it at least for a week and you'll notice that even the people that treat you with no respect all of a sudden they approach you with respect.

Being surrendered to God or acquiescing to the leading of the Holy Spirit and seeking Him that's when believers see miracles on a regular basis. Not just then but especially at those times. The war is for the mind/heart. Satan wants to distract us just enough to keep us in darkness. But God is there for us to seek.
