What helps me when stuff like this happens, is the chance that someone is comparing them self to you because you are what they want to be is so high. It’s impossible that when people look at you, none of them think that they are better than you. It sounds toxic when I put it down in this comment, but it keeps me going, it lets me go outside and have fun with my friends. So just think about it like that.
