Root over 4gl and if there was rope at the place of rod then the mini be root over 5gl

Rod will not slack at top most points
So it doesn't need velocity at top most point
So initial kinetic energy =final potential energy

root 4gl as this is a rigid rod and it won't if rod is replaced by thread/rope required v minimum would be root 5gl to avoid slacking
