Scary! AI creates extremely REAL images of people who NEVER existed; goosebump moment

Ever since DALL-E, a text-prompt based AI image generator by OpenAI, was unveiled in January 2021, the possibilities of what artificial intelligence is capable of has increased exponentially. Over the last one year, we have seen multiple platforms pop up which can create stunning art with simple language text prompts. And while they started with random images that vaguely matched the text prompt, today they can create scarily accurate images that match exactly with the caption. So, what happens when a user asks for images of ?people in a party?. The answer is super realistic AI drawn images of humans who look terrifyingly real, but have never existed in real life.

The way things look so normal but yet something is off whether it be they're hands or weird tattoos it makes me think that if we could take snapshots from our dreams they would look like these AI generated images

Saw this on JRE. The hands are so bizarre. It's like AI's interpretation of how many fingers and teeth people have is just a wild guess, and their cheekbones are apparently supposed to be able to cut glass.

Can somebody please zoom in on the reflection in the eyes and enhance them.
If they're not real, it's kinda weird I can see the relection of a person in the eyes like an actual person took it.

Been commented on but, seriously...AI is all about math (mapping prompts with data sets, or whatever.) So, why does it have so much trouble with 4+1=5?
OK, I just checked- Chances of having more than 5 fingers or toes per is 1:850ish. Also, a kid in India had over 500 teeth removed. I suppose then that AI is just very inclusive.

What gives it away is that the ai generates too many teeth, too many fingers or the facian expressions look too sharp.

I've seen that AI is so bad at details. Too many of some things (teeth, for instance), and too few at others (fingers, watch faces, etc...). Because of that It makes some great horror pics!
