I acknowledge myself as an Indian before considering myself as a Sikh. We should all have this attitude.

It's not about research, it's about relating events and he has this rare skill.

Sure, here is the information in bullet points and more concise:

**Transportation of Water and Minerals in Plants:**
- Water enters the root hair by diffusion.
- Root cells actively take up ions, creating a concentration gradient.
- Water moves into the root xylem, creating a capillary column.
- Transpiration pull (evaporation of water from leaves) draws water from xylem cells.
- This process helps in the upward movement of water and dissolved minerals from roots to other parts of the plant.

**Transportation of Food in Plants:**
- Food manufactured in the leaf is transported to other parts via phloem.
- Movement through phloem depends on living cells called sieve tubes.
- Food molecules enter phloem from mesophyll cells of leaves.
- Food is transported in solution form through sieve tubes to various plant parts, including roots.
- Sieve tubes form a continuous passage with perforated sieve plates for movement of dissolved substances.
- Translocation in phloem requires energy (ATP).
- Increased osmotic pressure in phloem causes water to move into it, creating pressure that moves materials to tissues with less pressure.
- Example: In spring, stored sugars in roots or stem tissue are transported to parts that need energy to grow.

Proud to be Sikh but the way we got treated after 1984 .. which my father luckily survived too . Then Harmandar sahib massacre always gonna remind us the discrimination in our own country. Still our people join indian army because we do love our country, but we don’t get the same kind of love or respect (period) from our own nation n fellow citizens. 💔
