Guys, let me be honest. People who don't have money say money doesn't matter, as it can't buy happiness. Likewise, people who don't have access to a good college say college doesn't matter. However, college matters a lot; it's, in fact, your first impression on the interviewer. It's very easy for a person to secure a substantial salary from a company if they're from a prestigious university compared to someone who didn't even attend school. So, it's my humble request to any school-going student: don't be stupid; work hard to get into a good university. These youtuber is here just to sell their courses so they are selling you dreams.

College matters a lot. Ask this youtuber how much he had to work hard to reach where he is now.
If you're in good college then you need to work hard but opportunities comes to you. You don't need to beg for referral, do extra work to get shortlisted for interview.
Also see the number of student who are in low tier college and are earning good - very less.

You need to work hard once in a lifetime to make rest of your life little comfortable. Now you choose if you want to work hard at the beginning of your life or later in your life. In later part of life, you'll have so much pressure from your family, relatives - it's very hard to work hard in that situation.

PS - I am a lowest tier college graduate, earning pennies.

Dekho Bhaiyo bhale he job ke perspective se matter na karta ho..but Ek student ke character building, usko milne wale exposure and the experience jo usko uss level k crowd se milta hai wo koi bhi aise vaise clg se nhi milega..hence yes college matters..varna job toh koi bhi college de dega but..wo mindset, skills and confidence kaha se laaoge jo top clg mein he milta hai..⭐
