Nice to see you back and going for it. At the end of my racing, I was doing six motos a race day. 125A, 250A on RM's and 16-24 on a CR500. I had to learn how to use my legs more because of arm pump. It took years to learn how but it helped.

Hey Matt, I was doing a little research on affects of impact injury. This might be way off but if your collision caused micro tares in your gallbladder it gives the effects similar to the flu. It's a condition called (cholecystitis). I am not a doctor but a motocross racers body is a finely tuned machine and maybe small amount of leaked bile could cause excess acidity leading to arm pump? Just a thought but I try to take the extra time to learn about my injuries as Doctors are often rushed and some times information isn't shared. Glad you're feeling better and the new bike looks saaaweet! Peace from Canada!!

Can't complain about having a freshy to work on getting dialed for outdoors. Sounds like you're getting back to your old self. As you get a bit older our bodies just don't heal like they did in the 18-22 range so you just gotta be a little more conscious of that. Glad to see things seem to be turning around for you. It almost always comes down to how bad you want it and what you're willing to put up with to make it happen. You gotta be in it to win it. Eli T. is a perfect example of this from the Denver race. Never give up cause you never know what the Racer Gods may have in store and what may happen.
