Move validation logic to the component class in reactive form

This is truly the angular magic. Great explanation by Venkat and I truly appreciate it from the bottom of my heart.
One object to contain all the validation messages and another one to keep track of current validation failures by the input data. One observable valueChanges to update the formErrors and bind error messages on the UI to formErrors.
If you think from another angle, so much code it is running with ever key stroke or mouse click. So you can see downside of Angular.

Hi. In this video when you go offline to paste skill html then your controls validation was showing one by one on losing focus but that is not the case for me. Still fires all validation at once
