It seems most of the Martial Arts Dojo's I've looked at lately seem to be children's daycare with occasional kicking. As an adult I guess I'm pretty much out of luck.

like everyone has money to open a dojo lol why don't you just teach outdoor classes? could be a park/ local playing field etc doesn't cost a penny and you gain more notice and members :)
