How to Become a Programmer/Get a Programming Job in 6 Months (JavaScript) - You can do it too!

I went from having zero programming/JavaScript experience to getting a great job I really enjoy in less than six months. In this video, I explain how I did it through an awesome JavaScript programming bootcamp called Hack Reactor, which I would highly recommend to anyone.

The only problem is that Hack Reactor cost $18, 000 which I don't have.
I am learning HTML5, CSS & Javascript on my own.
I know it will take me between 1 to 2 years to get good enough to get a job.

You started early January, lets assume 1 January and you made your first tutorial on January 12th about MEAN which is a very good tutorial but on the other hand it also needs a high knowledge of the subject otherwise you cant make such a good playlist.

So if i'm not wrong you just learned Javascript and related parts in 11 days, which is very impressive!

Do you have a Degree if so where? How old are you? How do you feel about Self-Taught Programmers vs Formally Educated Programmers?

What was in like studying on your own.. how many hours per day, sacrifices, etc

I'm still pretty bad with mean stack. I'm currently with teamtreehouse and codeschool. I'm so so with vanilla javascript. PHP, mysql. I can also do.
