The best prime rib you’ll ever have, and that’s not even the best thing on the menu. The burger is our favorite in the city, the ribeye is our favorite in the city, the mac & cheese is our favorite in the city… and I think you’re getting the picture. Reservations are very hard to come by, but we’ve had luck grabbing a day-of 5:30 or 10:30 with a Resy notification. If that fails, the other restaurants from the same group, Au Cheval and Monkey Bar, are excellent in their own right 📍 4 Charles Prime Rib (West Village, Manhattan)
