HOW TO APPLY & REMOVE SOAK-OFF GEL NAIL POLISH FOR BEGINNERS

Hi cuties!! In February, I told you guys all about my new fave thing: Gel Nail Polish!! I found this Beginner Kit from Madam Glam (link below), fell in love with it, and now it's all I ever use to paint my nails. It's super easy to do AND SO FAST so I thought I'd make ya a quick little tutorial. Please know that I am not a professional in any way, but I just wanted to show you how I do it, so take this as such. So have fun with it and good luck!!

Things you'll need:
-Base Gel
-Gel Polish
-Top Gel
-Cuticle Oil
-Nail Polish Remover
-Isopropyl Alcohol
-LED or UV Lamp
-Nail File
-Wooden Nail Care Stick
-Cotton Round/Paper Towel/Lint-free Wipe

I, a certified nail technician, approve this video! One thing that you can use to replace the nail polish remover is pure acetone and it will speed up that 15 min removal time!! Great video!!

You should also always cap the free edge after every coat. Meaning to run the polish along the edge of your nail to help prevent chipping. Nail tech in training & I approve your video! 😊

Top tip: cap each layer of the gel with a line of polish at the top of the free edge of the nail to seal in the mani properly!

I don't think I have the patience for gel nails but it seems like a really cool alternative for someone who doesn't have time to keep fixing chips & stuff.
