Can cuticle oil and hand lotion be used while wearing these nails or will it cause them to lift?

Popped off my nails within a short time. Had to use nail glue to keep them on.

Can the alcohol prep pad be reused? Cuz theres only one pad in the pack.

I tried to use rubbing alcohol to remove mine and it didn't remove the glue... I guess I've to try with polish remover
